1、 Land selection

Choose soil that is flat, thick, not too sticky, and not too sandy. It should be permeable and moist, and preferably not sticky to the feet. Loose soil particles the size of fingers are not suitable for compacted soil that is too dry or too wet. First, evenly spread the lime powder on the plot and use a rotary tiller to turn the ground over 1-2 times. Clean up the stones, weeds, and other plant roots and roots and expose them to the sun for 3 days. Then, manually make a box with a width of 60cm and a length determined according to the plot. The distance between the box surfaces is 30cm. Use a hoe to create two sowing trenches with a width of 10cm and a depth of 7cm at 15cm from the edge of the box surface. Wet the sowing ditch with water one day before sowing.

2、 Sowing seeds

Mastering the sowing season, it is generally most suitable to sow in November, with 300-400 bottles of bacterial strains planted every 667m2.

Take out the bacterial strain from the plastic bacterial strain bag, place it in a large basin or bucket, crush it by hand, and dilute it 200 times with Yifuyuan Mushroom Yishengbao before soaking for 1-2 hours. Mix evenly, sprinkle the bacterial strain evenly in the prepared sowing ditch, cover it with 3cm thick soil from the ditch, and immediately cover the box surface with black plastic film. The black plastic film keeps water and prevents grass from growing. The appropriate size for the plastic film is 100m × 0.008mm, and the dosage for 667m2 is 2.20-2.50kg.

3、 Building a shed

After sowing, immediately set up a shed, generally with a width of every 4 boxes and a height of 1.8m. It is made of bamboo and covered with a single-layer sunshade net. The length is not limited (not exceeding 30m).

4、 Immersion in water

Soaking is a necessary procedure for the cultivation of morel mushrooms, but it depends on the climate. Generally, about 15 days after sowing, soaking can be done once. When soaking, apply 3-5 kilograms of Yifuyuan Mushroom Yishengbao per mu. The soaking degree should be 90% of the topsoil, and then immediately stop the water to allow the water to naturally infiltrate or drain in a short period of time. In short, the soil should be kept moist and soaked approximately every 30 days thereafter. It is recommended to soak in water 2-3 times from sowing to fruiting, and it is not suitable to soak in water after fruiting.

5、 Put the bag in

After the first immersion, white spores will appear on the soil surface in about 7 days, as white as frost. When there is a lot of white and thick, start to put them in bags, with one bag for 30-40cm. As long as the soil moisture is maintained and the bag is placed for 7 days, the mycelium will enter the bag from the soil and grow upwards. If the temperature is 10-15 ℃, the mycelium can fill the bag in about 20 days, and a thick circle of white mycelium will appear around the bag. After a few days of full growth, the bag can be removed.

6、 Disease and pest control of morel mushrooms

(1) Main pests and diseases: prone to mold (green mold, wood mold, root mold).

(2) Easy to cause pests such as slugs, jumping insects, mites, nematodes, maggots, and mosquitoes.

The methods for preventing and controlling diseases, pests, and fungi are as follows

1) Planting in the low temperature season as much as possible can reduce pest infestations.

2) Spraying lime, disinfectants, etc. around the site during cultivation can kill insect eggs.

3) After the morel mushrooms grow, there are mainly slugs that come out at night to steal small mushrooms, which can be lured by spraying granular medicine to kill slugs.

4) Jumping insects and mites are generally invisible to the naked eye. They specialize in feeding on mycelium. When preventing and controlling them, it is necessary to disinfect the bacterial strains, raw materials, and tools, and spray acaricides or other acaricides in the surrounding environment.
